**Regulations for Registration and Participation in Events**
**§1**
**General Provisions**
1. The organizer of the events is TT Motorcycle Sp. z o. o. By reserving and paying for the event, you purchase admission to the sports facility on the selected date.
2. A participant in the event is any person who has registered for the event via the registration form, paid the admission fee, and whose participation has been confirmed by the organizer.
3. Events organized by the organizer under the name TanieTorowanie.pl and Track Academy are closed events, with no possibility for third parties to participate, excluding accompanying persons.
4. At events organized under the brands Tanie Torowanie and Track Academy, there is an absolute ban on conducting individual and group training by persons not associated with Track Academy and Tanie Torowanie under a cooperation agreement and without prior consent. Failure to comply with this provision will result in permanent exclusion from participating in all current and future events. Additionally, the person who does not comply with the mentioned ban will pay a contractual penalty of 4500 PLN to the organizer.
**§2**
**Finances**
1. A guarantee of a place at the event is the payment made according to the Price List.
2. The amount specified in the Price List is the total amount for participation in the event; the organizer does not charge additional fees for using any facilities provided by the organizer.
3. After paying for the event, the participant has the right to withdraw or sell their place to another person, after informing the organizer in advance. The organizer may have a waiting list and may mediate in the transaction described in this paragraph.
4. After paying for the event, the participant has the right to transfer their payment to another date, up to 15 working days before the scheduled event date.
5. In case of not showing up for the event, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the paid money and loses the opportunity to transfer the payment to another date.
**§3**
**Responsibility of the Parties**
1. The participant bears full responsibility for any damages caused intentionally or accidentally.
2. The participant declares that they have read the track regulations where the event is held and accepts them.
3. The organizer is not responsible for the participant's failure to comply with the track regulations, whereby the participant will not be able to enter the track with their vehicle; in such a case, the participant is not entitled to a refund for participation.
4. If the event does not take place due to the fault of the organizer, the participant is entitled to a full refund of the paid participation fees, within a period not exceeding 30 working days from the date of the planned event.
5. The organizer is not responsible for any damages caused on the track due to collisions, accidents, or crashes, except in the case of the organizer's exclusive fault.
6. The participant declares that they enter the track voluntarily and at their own risk and that they will not claim compensation or damages from the organizer for any accidents, falls, damage to their own and others' property, or other incidents caused by their own or someone else's driving or participation in the event, unless the organizer significantly contributed to the incident (i.e., was directly involved in the incident and is at fault).
7. The organizer is not responsible for weather conditions and any other events beyond the organizer's or the facility manager's control, particularly natural disasters, terrorist attacks, tectonic movements, etc., that prevent driving on the track.
8. The organizer is responsible for providing the facility to the participant under the previously presented terms and in accordance with the schedule sent to the email address provided by the participant in the form no later than 2 working days before the event date.
**§4**
**Organizer's Requirements**
1. During events organized by "TT Motorcycle Sp. z o.o." under the name Tanie Torowanie and Track Academy, there is an absolute ban on consuming intoxicating substances, particularly alcohol, drugs, and stimulants. There is an absolute ban on participating in events while under the influence of any intoxicating substances. If the participant fails to comply with this provision, they will not be able to participate in the events and will not be entitled to a refund of the money paid for the event.
2. The participant must wear a protective helmet with road or racing homologation, ankle-high boots, a motorcycle suit with CE protectors, or protective clothing with long sleeves (ankle-length pants and a motorcycle jacket with sleeves to the wrist and CE protectors), protective gloves, and a spine protector (integrated with the jacket or separate) during track rides.
3. The participant's motorcycle must be technically sound and must not have any leaks. Pit-Bike motorcycles must have so-called "drain plugs" (small tanks at the ends of overflow tubes under the engine). The participant's motorcycle must not have sharp, protruding accessory elements.
4. It is the participant's responsibility to prepare the motorcycle in accordance with the track requirements, particularly adjusting the exhaust noise. If the participant is not allowed onto the track due to poor technical condition of the motorcycle or excessively loud exhaust, the participant will not be entitled to a refund of the payment.
5. The participant must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to participate in the event.
6. The participant must know the basics of safety and flags, according to the material available at https://trackacademy.pl/bezpieczenstwo and must comply with all guidelines available in the section https://trackacademy.pl/faq.
**§5**
**Conditions for Purchasing and Using a Voucher**
1. The voucher entitles the holder to reserve a place at the event and is treated equally to payment via bank transfer.
2. The person who reserves participation in the event through the voucher is subject to all rules described in these regulations.
3. If the participant does not use the full value of the voucher for one event, they may use the remaining amount for the next event at any time. The voucher number will remain unchanged.
4. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
